Services & Rates

My Programs

1 hour: $35.00

Sessions are 45-60 min. in length


10 sessions @ $35 an hour $350

20 sessions @ $30 an hour $600

30 sessions @ $25 an hour $750

Each session will be tailored to you and your goals. 

For maximum results, it is ideal to train several days a week. 

Specialized programs are available and they are 30, 60 and 90 days in length. Contact me for pricing for these programs.

If you need to miss a session I ask that you give me as much notice as possible that you will not be training on that day.

If you purchase a 30 ,60 or 90 day program, these are planned daily programs with recovery days built in, If you miss a day we will just make up the day you missed and will begin again when you come back.

The programs vary in training days throughout the week. We can train 5 days a week or 3 days week. A week is Sunday to Sunday.

Sessions and programs are for beginners to the advanced lifters 13 years and older. They include conditioning, bodyweight, band and free weight exercises.

Nutrition is included in the pricing.

Captain's Couples I have been asked to include session training for couples. You and your Husband, Wife, Girlfriend or Boyfriend can train together. What a great opportunity to encourage and challenge each other to excel, to reach new personal bests in total fitness and nutrition. 

Captain's Wonder Woman 90 day program: This program is for Women only. The exercises in this program are designed to target a woman's legs, arms, shoulders, glutes and core for a total body workout. Women, you don't want to miss this one...I will have you training 5 or 6 days a week.

One Session

45-60 minutes: $35

Each session is approximately 45-60 minutes long and will be tailored to meet your specific goal.

30 day program

I can tailor a 30 day program to fit your needs. These programs vary in price and sessions trained per week, you may be training 3 days a week or 5 days a week depending on your fitness level and goals. Please contact me for more information.

Nutrition Coaching is included in the price.

60 day program

These tailored programs are great for cardio and building muscle with scheduled days off in-between. 

Nutrition Coaching is included in the price


90 day program

These 90 day programs will absolutely change your body.

Nutrition Coaching is included in the price.


As a Certified Nutritionist I will guide you in food selection, resources and facts about nutrition. I will help you apply the information to your lives and each unique health situation. I can tailor nutrition plans to meet you individual needs. My goal, and the goal of a Nutrition Coach, is to teach you how to be self-sufficient and successful on well-rounded eating habits and healthy life-styles. Sustainability is the ultimate goal!!

The price includes: 

  • A free app download 
  • Macro monitoring
  • Supplement recommendations
  • Meal recommendations

You may choose just this Nutrition program by itself if you wish and not any training at all but I would prefer you choose Nutrition paired with the training for the maximum results.  

Nutrition by itself for the month is $100


Corrective Exercise

30 minutes: $40

One 30 minute session 

The goal of corrective exercise is to restore you as a client to functional, pain free movement patterns and your quality of life. 

If you suffer from movement issues I can help you improve and restore performance as well as reduce your injury risk. 

It takes several months to restore your motor skills if you suffer pain during exercise. 

You should meet me, a Corrective Exercise Specialist ,if you are taking a reactive approach and that you know a problem exists or are taking a proactive approach; ie. you want to know if you have a movement problem or to solve a potential problem. 




Captain's Couples

1 hour: $40.00

Captain's Couples is a training session for your Husband, Wife, Significant Other, Boyfriend or Girlfriend to train together. Price is for both.

Captain's Wonder Woman 90 day program

45-60 minutes: $1200

This is a women only program. These workouts are designed to strengthen and tone your entire body and it lasts three whole months!

This program is a commitment to train 5 days a week with rest days being normally Saturday and Sunday. This can change depending on you, the client. 

This program will make you work!

I can design the program to work with any fitness level or body type.

60 minutes: $20

Student pricing is $20 a session. You may purchase as many sessions as you wish.
